Shipping Policy
ShippingCustomers may select the type of shipping at time of order. We have the following options:
Ground - UPS or USPS
UPS 3 Day Select
UPS 2nd Day Air®
UPS Next Day Air®
USPS Parcel Post
USPS Priority Mail
USPS Express Mail
* Standard ground shipping rates do not apply to orders being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. Customers in Hawaii or Alaska choosing standard ground shipping will be contacted by customer service to determine shipping costs and method before their order is processed.
UPS – Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air for shipments up to 150 pounds, shipments over 150 pounds will be sent via freight carrier. All material shipped via freight carrier must be unloaded by the receiver. Additional charges for special delivery and/or handling are at the customers expense and must be paid at time of delivery.
NOTE: UPS does not deliver to a PO BOX, so please supply an alternative mailing address, or your order may be delayed.
USPS:
- Parcel Post packages can weigh up to 70 pounds and measure up to 130 inches in combined length and distance around the thickest part. A surcharge applies to certain items including packages weighing over 35 pounds and certain shapes.
- Priority Mail is 2-3 days delivery. The maximum weight is 70 pounds, and the maximum size is 108 inches in length and distance around the thickest part combined.
- Express Mail is next day delivery by noon or by 3:00 pm to many destinations.
